Cancellation Policy
**Waitlist Policy** Due to the intimate nature of our retreats, we cap attendance at 12 participants to ensure a personalized and impactful experience for everyone involved. If a retreat is fully booked, we encourage you to join our waitlist. Here’s how it works: 1. **Joining the Waitlist:** Simply provide your contact information and any specific preferences regarding the retreat. Joining the waitlist is free, and there is no obligation to join the retreat if a spot opens up. 2. **Notification:** If a spot becomes available, we will notify individuals on the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you via email and, optionally, by phone. 3. **Accepting the Spot:** Once notified, you will have 48 hours to accept the spot by making the full payment or a specified deposit. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will offer the spot to the next person on the list. 4. **Last-Minute Openings:** In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 15 days before the retreat), we will reach out to the waitlisted individuals with an opportunity to attend at a possible discounted rate. 5. **Communication:** We promise to keep you updated about your status on the waitlist and any changes to the retreat schedule or availability. Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy.
